Won't be staying here!
I didn't actually get to stay here...That's because they cancelled my room reservation...and didn't tell me at the front desk. The lady was SO RUDE and insisted... "You don't have a reservation...it's not showing a reservation on the computer..SORRY" She didn't care that I had a reservation number...after calling my work travel agent, the travel agent told me, they must've over-booked and cancelled your reservation...after standing there...and waiting...and waiting... they finally sent over a manager..or someone who was at least a little nicer who told me they booked me a room at another hotel.- (One I didn't want to stay at). Someone didn't check out when they were supposed to , so they booted me. But..'they sent me an email'..well, I'm sorry...I didn't check my email today, I was on an airplane!
I believe this happened to me since my room reservation was booked at the cheaper government per diem rate. This hotel is located across the street from the local hospital. The story goes there was a family staying there for a medical emergency and they were extending their stay. All other rooms were booked.
I was very disappointed in the way I was treated at the front desk. I'm sure it's a decent hotel- but I promptly left and booked a room at the Hampton Inn where I am ALWAYS greeted with excellent customer service!.
Unique Quality: None... I never made it to my room!

Brand spanking new.....
When we arrived we noticed the hotel was brand new, they were still landscaping around the hotel but it allready looked great.
The reception was great and they offered a free "turn your busines card into a luggage tag service.
Unique Quality: Well like all Residence Inn's the hotel room is large and it has a complete kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and oven. There is a living are where you can sit watch tv or just read a magazine. There's a large workdesk and a bar where you can sit and eat in your room. The hotel is located near the shopping center of Fort Smith. Directly next to the hotel is an Old Navy and just across the street are more shops....
Right next to the hotel is also a hospital...you never know when that comes in handy...
We payed $ 0....we had a certificate the rate below is just a random rate i looked up...
