Little Rock Tip
by Bostephenson
Little Rock is my home and while I am away I miss it so. It's pretty strange right now, because even my parents don't live in my house! One day, I'm going to get a picture of a good sunrise coming up over the Arkansas river from the I-430 bridge and put it at the top of this page because I think that would just be great. Until then...
Caper's, another marvelous...

Caper's, another marvelous creation of Mary Beth, this Continental delight offers a variety of entrees, something to please everyone.
Outdoor dining, weather permitting Arkansas Best Salade - when in season, Arkansas tomatoes, buffalo mozzarello, baby greens with a touch of virgin olive oil and basil.
Beware the traffic!
by Little_Lou_Lou
Traffic in Little Rock, as with any descent size town, can be a bit overwhlming. My biggest concern is with the interstate exchanges. They are poorly marked for lane closures, and tend to bottle neck quickly because of this. If you are driving through, be sure to allow yourself extra time for the almost certain traffic jam.

We left Frisco a little after 9 on Jan 17th, and got to Texarkana about noon
We stopped at the Arkansas entrance station to get a map, and then in Hope for gas and lunch at Burger King.
Then we drove to Little Rock AFB which is actually in Jacksonville Arkansas. When we finally got to the AFB, the Razorback Lodge was easy to find. It was a fantastic room with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom and two TVs. They had free wi-fi in the room, but it was very slow at uploading photos.
Bob went to the commissary, and then we went to dinner. We were driving around in the dark. I was aiming for a steakhouse, but we ended up at Chili's
We left there the morning of January 18th, and I took us around downtown Little Rock for a little bit, and took photos of the Clinton Library..
.. and the Capitol building before we went to the Central HS National Historic Park, where I got my passport book stamped. There was a group of 6th graders there.
Then we drove out toward Memphis
