I got lost and stopped at the wrong Holiday Inn but the staff was so helpful with directions to the correct hotel. Then a member of management explained that they wanted me to stay with them tonight. He was kind enough to match the other hotels rate, call and cancel my other reservation and gave me a coupon for free breakfast. He even called my sister long distance who was meeting me at the hotel to make sure she came here.
I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The room contained a hair dryer and ironing board that was useful to me. The staff was very frendly and it was great to stay with folks who really wanted my business.
