Alamo Inn in Anaheim- Do not stay there!

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the worst hotel. We saw it on the internet and booked it, because it didn't look that bad, and actually looked like a nice place to stay. We proceeded to check in and the lady gave us our card key. We went upstairs and unlocked the door. It was a very basic room. The green paint was peeling in chunks off of the wall. The outlet was hanging off of the wall with wires exposed and hanging out of it. The windows had a layer of black mold on the outside at the sill. So we went back to the front desk and told the lady we had an issue. She proceeded to give us another card key, but informed us it would cost more. We proceeded to go to the second room she was offering and found that really there were no changes. The whole hotel was a dump! I went to the front desk and told her, and she said I had to cancel through the website I booked it through. They still charged me one night's rate (must be how this dump makes money!) which I am disputing right now with the credit card company. They have a microwave and fridge, but they are unplugged. Not sure how my refrigerated goods would have stayed cold. And from the looks of the hotel, they have wires strung on the outside of the rooms from room to room. Looks like electrical wires.
Do not stay here. You will regret it. We were able to find better accomodations at Desert Palms down the street.

Unique Quality: Nothing was great about this hotel. No good view. It looks like people live there permanently, as there were some trash bags on the third floor outside of a room. Pool doesn't look clean. It's a major walk to Disney from this hotel as well. No breakfast is offered. If you ask about it, all of the sudden the lady acts like she doesn't speak English, and starts speaking spanish!
They do have fridge and microwave, but they were all unplugged in both rooms we checked out. Not clean.
