Bass Lake is For Romance
"We Celebrated Valentine's Day at the Pines Resort"
Bass Lake is very scenic. We spent the night at the Pines Resort in a Spa Suite on Valentine's Day which was wonderful. The rooms open right up to a deck area and have views of the lake. Our room had nice two person jacuzzi and there is also a small refrigerator that was nice for our water, fruit and cheese that we brought up. The rooms also include nightly turndown service, complete with mints on your pillow, fireplaces and a breakfast delivered to your suite in the morning. We enjoyed relaxing in the robes, also.
There is also a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi outside the suites, just steps away from your room.
"Relax and Stay For Awhile"
Bass Lake is a very nice place to just relax and take it slow. We enjoy bringing up lots of books to read while at the Pines Resort and like to relax with a glass of wine while spending time up here. There are nice lounge chairs set up for relaxing and the resort is all-inclusive so you don't feel like you have rush around here, everything you need is right here. We enjoyed feeling the warm sunshine and just slowing down during our visit to Bass Lake. There area also Bald eagles and ducks that are on the property.
"Fine Dining in Bass Lake"
We love the restaurant in Bass Lake called Ducey's on the Lake. It has beautiful views of the lake from every table in the dining room. Our Valentine's Day dinner was very nice, a strawberry salad, artichoke appetizer and Steak and Lobster that was amazing. Dessert was the Chocolate Lava Cake with Blackberry Mousse. This is a very romantic restaurant and the perfect place to celebrate our Valentine's Day together.
