Park Plaza (movie) Theatre: small but serves needsCalifornia Town at Highways Junction
This is not a particularly large city, though there are some very large housing developments that are being built on the west side of town that obviously serve the commuter market to Los Angeles (houses in the $400,000 to $600,000 range), and obviously some of the housing needs for such places as Vandenberg Air Force Base and its assorted permanent subcontractors such as Lockheed.
Other than that, and the two highways through town, this is a fairly small sleepy community that many people just pass through without stopping.
