This hotel was really great for the price. They have the sleep advantage program, which is a quiet floor, sleep CD and ear plugs are even supplied
Free internet and printers in the lobby, easy acess to the BART, with free shuttel to the airport, and breakfast with a keyed access to the floor for only a small charge which is worth it. Priorty Club which was free and I joined on line. Staff was friendly and very helpfull. Great place, will stay at Crowne Plaza again.
Lip Stick on a pig

1)Charging $13.00 A day to park @ hotel lot (BAD)
2)Bartender walked off before relief arrived.
Customers walking out.(BAD)
3)Locked out of my room out middle of the night had to get security and recode key (BAD)
4)Company funtion had too few tables for lunch
customers had to almost set on laps (BAD)
5)Company funtion 2nd day cold Pizza no italian dressing(BAD)
6)Rooms very small (BAD)
7)They completely redecorated the hotel, With bad service it is like putting "LIPSTICK ON A PIG"
8) A few of the staff are absolutly fantastic the cust. serv. lady is one of them,But she cannot run the Hotel by herself!
Great Value for the price

I stayed at this property overnight on my recent trip to SFO and I must say I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very reasonable for the price. Even the price for parking was fine at $13 a night. Comfortable beds and very clean I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing is it is a little small but hey the convience of the airport shuttle and the fair price makes it worth it.
Pretty good

Just changed to this hotel from my usual Sheraton Burlingame where I'd got fed up with the poor service and food. Not the prettiest hotel from the outside but inside it's been recently renovated and the decoration's pretty good, not lipstick on a pig as with most renovations. I had a suite, which was comfortable, clean and everything was in great condition although there is a lot of noise from the nearby highway, this is actually quite a big minus. Pluses over its competitors are free internet, pretty good food and very pleasant staff, I had a very warm welcome and was well-looked after by all staff I came into contact with. Not bad for an airport hotel and good value for money.

Nice-enough typical Crowne Plaza. My room was quite clean and seemingly new furnishings. Although the room was quite small. No real complaints for a one night airport stay.
