Reasonable place

Stayed for one night.
Reasonable place for the price. Pedestrian amenities and service.

Unique Quality: Nice sunrise view. View of parking lot, but, at least, no major obstructions such as manufacturing/industrial facilities (exhaust plumes, etc.) common to commercial areas.

I would say that this hotel was average and pedestrian. It served its purpose as a quick place to stay, right off the freeway. Reasonable views (parking lot, lobby); nice sun rise view. Air conditioning adequate, yet, a little noisy. There weren't any large structures (e.g., industrial smokestacks, etc.) to obscure views that are typical of commercial and manufacturing sections of a town.
