try some area vacation rentals
Why not rent for a whole glorious summer, these rentals seem ideal, right on the beach with grilling and volleyball. Of course walking distance to everything in town.

Great beach access
We didn't get a chance to stay here on this trip, but the hotel is right on the beach with walking access to "down town" so we intend to stay on the next trip.
Rates are reasonable for a beach side "tourist town" with ocean view and even more so without the view during mid week.
Rates run $60/night non-peak/non-view to $260/night peak season with great views.
Unique Quality: If you come to the ocean for the view, this place has it.
