Let me preface by saying, I didn't stay here myself. I attended a very small wedding in Coronado and a private reception was held in one of the suites. It was lovely, warm and inviting. It managed to look gorgeous and historic without being stuffy, which is sometimes hard to pull off. The people behind the desk were so polite, even to us "non guests". They have a common room that is somewhat conservatory, somewhat library, and oh so relaxing. Would highly recommend to anyone.
