Would not allow cancellation 24 hours in Advance B
We made a reservation with this Best Western 10 days before our actual stay. The day before the people we were meeting had a family emergency (their baby went to the hospital), so we had to cancel our trip. I called more than 24 hours before our stay, but was told they would not cancel the reservation, that I needed to cancel 2 days after I made the reservation.
We have decided to leave the entire Best Western chain as they decided $100 was more important than future money we might spend there. Being part of the loyalty program, we generally stayed with BW on the road. However, with many competitors in the hotel industry, we decided to give some others a try.
Unique Quality: Rude, unhelpful, and would not do business with again
