In so-called "alternative" spots like many in Costa Mesa, one will see a kind of art left on street poles. Sticker , decals and various paper media are attached on poles all in the spirit of the youth culture or simply , of promotion of the various sort (club shows, concerts, other events and private business)

We only went to the Fair in Costa Mesa and that was great. In the Netherlands we don't have anything like it. We had a lot of fun and met a lot of local people. The char-broiled chicken we had for lunch was great!!!
We didn't see anything else in Costa Mesa because we were only there for 1 day and we spend the whole day on the fair...
