The University of California at Davis is a member of the State of California's University System. For those accepted for admission, degrees are available in many fields of study. U.C. Davis is well known as a leader in veterinary medicine. As a teaching veterinary hospital, U. C. Davis will accept patients in their hospital and clinics including both large and small animals. Although, getting an initial appointment may require some patience on behalf of the animal's owner.
Honestly, I haven't been to Davis since visiting a buddy there in college. Been there 6-7 times and out of all my college tours, was the most sober.
Literally, just not a party town.
What I did like was everyone kept saying diversity. Pretty funny for a town that was pretty white washed beside the student body.
Academic school, city gets hot, lots of biking, hiking and fishing.
