    • This place was a complete dump. The staff was very rude and had us sign a no-smoking agreement but our room wreaked of smoke. The shower was either boiling hot or ice cold. The room was dirty and unkept. The grounds were in complete shambles and the airconditioning didn't work in our room (it was 115 degrees). When we complained we were called liars and that there was nothing wrong with our room. If you're thinking about staying in this place......DON'T.

    • wow we found best lowest rate in desert hot spring. whene we arrive at hotel it look brand new. they still doing some remodeling at property, new management relly work hard to fixing this resort and spa. room are very very nice and clean bed are comfortebal.
    free wireless.....wow. we enjoy with minral worm and hot watel poool and sap...new management staff are very friendly. we definitely go back this resort and sap with our frends and family.
