Great Place, Great Host

The Lido Palms is one of the handful of really nice - retro swank motels that have been refurbished in Desert Hots Spring. Lido Palms is a very lovely peaceful spot that was recently redecorated and spruced up and is very clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly. While you'll find popcorn ceiling, and a kitchenette, that you might associate with outdated motels, they've done a really nice job here and we loved our stay. It's comfortable, with a big king sized bed, a full kitchen, fridge, microwave in a separate room, and nice clean bathroom.

Unique Quality: Retro 50s swank, great hot pools, and an outstanding host - it's a family fun thing - who is very friendly and welcoming. One great thing here is that the pool is surrounded by palm trees so that if you want to find shade in many locations it's easy to do without having to have an umbrella or cover up the whole time. This is a really nice place!
