I travel 6 months out of the year living in motels. As a result I have become somewhat of a hotel "EXPERT". The Rodeway Inn, Escondido CA, is overall one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are exceptionally clean and cheerful, and the area has lot's of amenities, Restaurants and Also, many fast food options and shopping across the street! Near by. If you are near Escondido, CA, it is worth stopping here for a night or a weeks rest.

Escondido, located in North County San Diego. Escondido is only a 45 minute drive from San DIego and about an hours drive from the beach. It is also only about 2 hours from ski resorts and there plenty of nearby natural areas for hikers and nature lovers. Also nearby is Palomar mountain, which houses an observatory.
