Build by the lumber magnate William Carson to provide entertainment to his workers during the low season, it sure met their expectations !
More than hundred workers from his mills helped building this magnificient piece of art. The house took two years to built and includes many exotic wood imported from Asia and South America.
The house was owned by the descendants of the family until the 50s when it was sold to the Ingomar Club.
The Club was a "private men's club" but seems to have started to accept women in 1996.
