I've lived in the Fresno, California area all my life!
The best thing about Fresno is that it is centrally located to nearly everything there is to see or do in California! It's a 2 hour drive to the Pacific Ocean, a 2 hour drive to Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon National Parks, and about 3-4 hours to Los Angeles or San Francisco. The cost of living is among the least expensive in California, and the San Joaquin Valley offers great recreational lakes, delicious fresh fruit and vegetables, and a melting pot of friendly people. My husband and I have traveled the state quite a bit and have info on several areas of California. Feel free to ask me questions, and I will help the best that I can.
