this should be classified as a motel
this hotel claims to a
have concierge service however staying there in the past about 3 years ago they had a professional, they only have a flat panel screen tv called concierge hq which is worthless, so are the front desk clerks. the very reason we even meet your list because of the concierge he was a professional concierge certified by lay clay dor. this establishment is now a motel no cell service nose no help of any kind they have maintenance help you, or security guard this place is now a joke. intercontinental hotel needs to have reassess this place as a crowne plaza.
save yourself time don't stay here.
Unique Quality: yes next to railroad tracks in the freeway, very noisy.
