Sashimi & Cookie Face

This was completed 12/14/02. It's acrylic and oil on wood with Japanese text and a postmark collaged in the background....a painting of my two Japanese Oranda goldfish. I have 5 fish total - 2 huge orandas, 1 small telescope eye, 1 loach, 1 albino catfish & 2 snails. I think there will be more fish paintings to come.
A Little Charming Hike in Town

If you want to escape the city while being close to it still, come here in Hillcrest Park. It is so speaceful though it is along busy Harbor Blvd. Locals love to walk and jog around here. More pics in Travelogues to come! a good pair of walking shoes
Fullerton: The live music capital of Fullerton

Another former home of the LA area branch of homes.
I like this town. It is suburban, but old enough to be interesting, even to the younger crowd. It has a tiny bar scene (maybe five bars) in the old town (Commonwealth and Harbor). If you will live here I would say thumbs up. If you will visit I will ask why.

Hello all! Have been living in Fullerton for a year now. More stimulating than any other southern California place I have lived, though it still has a lot of room for improvement. Am trying to help work on that, through my volunteer activities with "Transit Advocates of Orange County", "Rail Advocates of Orange COunty", "Save the Coyote Hills", and the "Fox Fullerton Preservation" (which goes by another name that I forget right this minute).
