The online weekend rate of $55 plus 10% tax was definitely worth it because of all these amenities!
All the comforts of home at this new extended-stay suite hotel...
Here's the kitchenette area of the room alone: a full-sized refrigerator/freezer with built-in ice maker, a garbage disposal built into the sink, coffee-maker with microwave popcorn left in the basket along with the coffee supplies, a big microwave oven, a dishwasher, all sorts of utensils and pots 'n' pans. There was also a bathroom with oversized soaps and shampoos and extra-fluffy towels and a blow-dryer. The sleeping area featured a huge TV with VCR (tilted so you could even see it while in the bathroom, a big plus), and next to the bed was a combination CD player with clock radio. The front desk has a lending library of CDs and videotapes. Downstairs was a coin laundry, a workout room, and a vending machine area called the Candlewood Cupboard where you could buy microwaveable full meal entrees and snacks for your room. Best of all, can sodas were only 25 cents, and the clerk gives you two quarters at check-in to get you started! It was great to be able to utilize this stuff and save money for shopping!
