Everything about Honor Mansion is beautiful & tranquil, you will not be disappointed.
My fiance and I stayed here for three nights in August 2004. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Service is on par with the Ritz Carlton. The food (breakfast, afternoon homemade cookies, evening hors d'oeuvres) is consistently delicious. I always reserve a hotel with a pool, and this lap pool was wonderful. Perfect temperature, clean, and long enough for a good workout. The staff and owners are committed to service and truly enjoy their jobs. We stayed in the Rose Room -- beautiful. We plan to return!
The owners, Steve and Cathi, have done everything to make this a first class experience. The property and rooms are beautiful. The service is wonderful and Cathi's creative breakfasts and homemade cookies are divine! My husband and I had the best massages in the cabanas by the pool. Plan to take time out from sightseeing just to stay and enjoy the inn. I can't wait to go back!
My wife threw me a surprise 50th birthday party at the Honor Manision during their off-season and WOW, it was something special. The rooms were incredible, some with fabulous outdoor spas and each room was equipped with all the amenities, and more! The breakfasts were scrumptious and we had a different menu each day. We used the parlor for the party and it was perfect, both roomy and elegant. The grounds included a pool, a koi pond just off of a wonderful deck area, tennis, a putting green and a bocce ball court and more! The owners, Kathy and Steve Fowler, were not only attentive to our every need but the most friendly couple I have met at any B & B. We liked them so much that I asked them to join us at the party. The hospitality that we enjoyed was second to none. Our party guests were blown away. It was definitely a 5 out of 5 in all catagories! Because of our experience, my wife and I have returned several times.
Every detail was considered. The accommodations were idyllic. The service great. The appetizers and breakfast delicious. One quickly runs out of superlatives trying to describe this place. Well worth the price!
We have stayed at the Honor Mansion twice now. Once when they only had 6 rooms and now since they have 13 rooms and their resort grounds. Seeing the changes has been great. I read a quote that a guide book said that they were close to "flawless" and I have to agree. They sure try to be flawless. I couldn't have asked for more. The service was unbelievable and their staff was so friendly yet very professional. Carmen is the bomb! She greets every guest with the most beautiful smile, you fall in love instantly! It's hard to believe that they have like 14 or 18 employees cause you never see any of them, things just appear (like more pool towels) and stay pristine! We had the best time and won't go anywhere else, why would we?
The Honor Mansion was a DREAM! Our stay there was superb. The attention to detail, the WONDERFULLY friendly staff, and delicious food was outstanding. The high class decore and hospitality was top notch. We can't wait to spoil ourselves again with a perfect weekend at The Honor Mansion!
We stayed at The Honor Mansion on our wedding night. The most beautiful Inn ever, the decor hospitality, food and all of the attention to detail. We stayed in one of the new cottages. Everything was perfect! We will be back again each year for our anniversary, so romantic!
Very interesting and yet unique B&B. The charm of the facility and service are wonderful. The breakfast was excellent as well. If you do not take advantage of this Inn you have missed a great opportunity.
The best inn ever. The most gracious, hospitable hosts and staff. You can tell Cathy and Steve love this place and want you to love it too. Honor Mansion is so beautiful and comfortable, you won't want to leave. We couldn't wait to get back each night. Each room is gorgeous, and every little detail has been thought of. I would like to go back to experience each and every room. The location is perfect for trips to vineyards or a drive to the Redwoods, or up the coast. You can stop looking. Book it now.
