Good clean safe accomodation, with breakfast. Parking area around the back. Our only drawback was the heating/cooling system in the rooms, which is either hot or cold according to the season. If you get a hot day in the 'winter' season, the rooms are too hot, which can be a problem if you're on the ground floor.
Location close to the shopping areas, and within walking distance of the sea and beaches.
