It's a non-smoking facility, but some dufus walked around in the hallway smoking. Apparently a smoking customer started a fire several years ago and the insurance is too high to make smoking in the rooms an option.
The free breakfast is pretty sparse. We stopped for coffee at the Wild Oats on the way to San Diego. I took a banana and my husband had cereal. Don't plan on anything more substantial.
