Beware of Hidden Fees & Poor Service
Avoid Sheraton unless you like to pay for hidden fees, outdated furnishing and extremely poor customer service. Nice enough hotel facility but terrible service and horrible catering manager. Many patrons complained of hidden fees or extra charges up to 40%-50%.
Sheraton GM unwilling or unable to fix bad accounting practices. They charged 35% hidden fee on my exit bill for conference room and suites. Factor in extra charges you'll likely receive, then it's better to book at nearby Embassy Suites or Crown Plaza. They charge same prices but provide vastly superior service.
Unique Quality: Nice pool, convenient location, but not worth the price...
