Good For Business
Simply the Best
This is simply the finest place I've ever stayed at. The service is flawless; if you have a problem, their fault or not, they fix it for you. The manager dropped by to greet us at breakfast on the first day just to ask if everything was ok.
The amenities are better than I've ever seen: the usual plus bathrobes+slippers, umbrella, flashlight, logs by the fireplace, bottle of wine on the mantle( with a hand-written welcome note from the manager ), candles around the bathtub, personalized stationery, food in the fridge that is on the house, free ( and fast ) internet access, and a better stocked bathroom than mine at home. The bedding is top quality, with big puffy pillows and a good mattress.
The tub is big enough to bathe a hippo, and you have your own water heater which never runs out of hot water.
Breakfast is included every morning ( running late? they keep it open longer for you ), and wine and cheese in the garden in the evenings.
And about half of the cottages have an ocean view.
The attention to detail and the opulence makes for a very romantic stay. I recommend it for an anniversary or honeymoon.
BUT this is going to cost you. The least expensive room in July 05 was $425, the most expensive suite was $4000+ per night.
If you can spare the dough, it's worth it.
