worst business managment
Completely DISsatisfied! 2nd night there the housekeeping decided to party all night and make noise. Didn't complain at the time it just didn't seem that important. Then found some of my pain meds missing, again thought "MY bad" i shouldn't have left them out. Well then we find our daughters pillow pets missing, TOO MUCH! Went to the office to lett them know, the girl behind the desk stated she would call Alex the owner( now i could have said big pillow pets not on sale, however i was honest and said small pillow pets that were on sale for 10 dollars) well Alex felt like it wasn't his problem and since they fired her already ( for partying too loud the nights prior) it was OUR problem! REALLY???? so you mean to tell me as a business YOU are NOT responsible for the actions of YOUR employees????? We have stayed at Breakers for years! The ONLY place actually on our many trips to Morro Bay, well i can tell you after this stay I will gladly pay a little more to stay somewhere that is going to appreciate our business!! I am flabbergasted that as a business owner YOU Alex do NOT take more consideration to valid complaints of your GUESTS!! Do you mean to tell me that YOUR business is hurting so bad YOU couldn't replace a little girls pillow (that she paid for wiith their own money) to satisfy LOYAL guests!!??.......... I hope your dedcision was worth it to you!!??
