Eco-Lodge Tented Cabins at Nipton: A Step Above Camping

If staying at Nipton Hotel sounds a little cramped and not very private then the other option is the tented cabins located on the southeast edge of the tiny town of Nipton.

There are 4 to choose from and they are spaced out to provide privacy for the occupants. They have great views of Ivanpah Valley and the New York Mountains.

When we stay at Nipton we tend to fill the hotel to capacity with friends and the overflow that have children in our group appreciate the space in the cabins and the separation from the late night revelry that we tend to have at the hotel.

Two full-sized built-in beds with mattresses
Additional roll-a-way bed available
Bedding provided for small fee
Wood burning stove
Air conditioning
Ceiling fan
Fire ring
Picnic table
2 Jacuzzis overlooking the desert

Restrooms and showers located in separate facility that is a fiberglass Quonset hut that used to be a hothouse for a defunct nursery
