As Screwed Up as Paris Hilton
Elevator doesn't work
No hot water for 2 out of 3 days
Spend over $3000 and still got treated like *** under their shoe
Pay to park and parking attendants try to charge you under the table
Internet is NOT free ANYWHERE in the building
Since there is no internet you have to ask for directions that the staff put as little effort into as the care they put into the hotel
MY WHOLE FLOOR SMELLS LIKE WEED
Charge you vacation tax, although this was certainly no vacation, unless you count 3 days in hell a vacation
When you tell people from Oakland where you're staying they say, "Oh, I'm sorry"
Pool is not heated, it's outside next to construction work
