Makes Motel 6 seem like Motel 10
Do not stay here. This "boutique hotel" is the worst I have seen from the pull-out bed with no blankets, to the stinky carpet, to the air conditioner that doesn't work, to the toilet with ring around stains, to the lime green walls, I could go on. Definitely runined our vacation to Ojai - left a bad taste in our mouths - and a sore back to top it off. Ashely Howard aka "the manager" is useless and uncooperative when we expressed our concerns and unhappiness. Stay somewhere else in Ojai or just opt for your car. Motel 6 is half the price, yet twice as nice and that isn't saying much.
Unique Quality: A unique quality at this hotel is the lack of service and lack of cleanliness. Do you want to pay $150 a night to sleep on a pull-out bed? If not, don't stay at The Capri. Also, the horrible service is unique to this hotel. I travel around 5-6 times a year and I have never had such a bad experience.
