Travel Tips for Pasadena
Pasadena Visitors Bureau
by GracesTrips
I suppose this would be the city's official website. It has quite a bit of information. There is always something going on in Pasadena. That's what makes it such a great town to visit. Nice shopping areas, great nightlife, festivals, concerts, more restaurants that any town I know in SoCal and behind the scenes are the beautiful homes throughout the city.
Three major freeways come together in Pasadena. The 210 FWY, 134 FWY and 110 FWY. The Metro Gold Line travels east-west on the east side of town and then travels north-south on the west side of town.

The community of VICTORVILLE...
by Routeman
The community of VICTORVILLE was incorporated on September 21, 1962, as a general law city with a population of approximately 8,100 and an area of 9,7 square miles. As of January 1, 1995 the city's population and area was 60,648 and 67,68 square miles respectively. These figures indicate the city has grown substantially in its history as a mancipality. Prior to incorporation the community had a history which goes back over 100 years, when the first settlers of European descent arrived.
Arroyo Seco Golf Course
by GracesTrips
It's hard to believe there's a golf course in Pasadena because real estate in this town is such a commodity. Amongst the high prices homes and along side the infamous Rose Bowl is a beautiful golf course in what appears to be a ravine.
This golf course has lights and remains open most nights until 10pm. They open everyday when there's light in the morning and weather permitting.
The tricky part is finding the golf course.
See Memorial Park
by marinarena
This is a central Pasadena park perfect for relaxing and for sport. Lay down on the lawn or do some ball throwing (or kicking). It is a bit of an off the beaten path. Though it is close from Old Pasadena entertainment area, many visitors miss the park.
Note: Memorial Park is also a stop on the Metro Gold Line, which departs from Union Station, Downtown L.A.!
The Closest it comes to European Chocolate
by GracesTrips about Leonida's Chocolate Cafe
Chocolate Store and Coffee Bar, this is not the best I ever had but it certainly is better than anything else in the Los Angeles area when it comes to chocolate. The marzipan is a disappointment so don't have that. But the truffles are wonderful and some of the chocolate hazelnut morsels are fantastic!
Buying any chocolate from this store will set you back a pretty penny! It's not cheap. Six pieces will cost you about $8.
