Jacuzzi Tubs on the Balconies in Pismo Beach
This hotel is a great place for a romantic getaway, be it anniversary, birthday, or Valentine's Day get away.
The hotel is located oceanfront in Pismo Beach, near San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria on California's central coast. Almost every room has an ocean view.
The rooms are decorated in what I call French Country style with Croscill bedding, gas fireplaces, beautiful furnishings and best of all, almost every room has a hottub on the balcony.
The hotel is south of the pier and downtown Pismo Beach so you will need to drive there to shop and enjoy the boardwalk area.
The hotel does have a nice restaurant,a "flash" place as they say in Australia, so you will need to dress for dinner.
The spa is nice with an menu that ranges from body wraps to massage. I found the servcies to be a bit over-priced and was able to make arrangements to have a massage in town for about 1/3 the price.
Unique Quality: We started each day out in our Softtub hottub. Breakfast, which was included in the price of the room, was delivered to our door in a basket and we dined in the tub on the balcony which overlooked the Pacific Ocean.
In the winter months the resort sometimes offers excellent package deals. Sunset magazine, AAA and SeaVenture's own web site are excellent resources for these deals.
We fell in love with the hot tub which runs on 110 v. We checked into the cost of these tubs and found them to be most reasonable, so we bought one.
