Pleasant and Historic
This is a unique hotel in a unique town. This the historic gold country of California and a excellent place to have a romantic get a way while tasting some of the best red wines (red zins and Syrrahs). The hotel staff helped us ship home our wines when we purchased more than we could carry. The Cary House is within walking distance of several very good restaurants and lots of shops.
