You may know that the US sucks for nightlife, as we are under the impression that it should end at 2:00am and Sacramento is no exception. If you're in Old Town, go to a Bar called Fanny Ann's. The bar is cute (the bartenders are usually cute too!)they serve great greasy burgers and fries, yummy drinks and a good assortment of draught beer. There is dancing on the lower level and the top three are for milling about and socializing. Good atmosphere, fun and relaxed.tank tops, cargo shorts and flip flops or you can 'dress up' and wear jeans or a casual sundress. the key is informal informal informal.
