Nice convenient hotel near freeway
Reception acknowledged me as a longtime Marriot member and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Parking is easy and free, and the hotel is located at this Rancho Bernardo Ct which is "close to the freeway but far enough so that it doesn't bother you" as one other reviewer puts it. We got a Kingbed room and this was a small room, but adequate enough to have a sofa bed. The bed was very comfy and clean, and provides a good restful sleep. A refrigerator is available but the choco milk got "frozen" like ice. The bathroom had a powerful massaging shower, but the flush of the toilet was not too strong. The bathroom door is a sliding door with a lock, but I think one reviewer said he had trouble with the door having no lock? but we didnt have any problems. My very young twins enjoyed the heated outdoor pool until 9PM. Overall a good hotel for a few night stay.
