    Overcharged! When making reservations at this hotel be sure to use a travel site and get a confirmation number! If you book through the hotel directly they are fraudulent! They will quote a cheaper price than what will be charged on arrival! You may want to ask for a calculator when you get your bill as well as a lawyer. This hotel is clean but very "shady." For the price they will actually charge you, you could be staying at a five star hotel in the heart of the Gaslamp district! BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!!!! WHERE DID THE WEBSITE COME FROM?! This place is nothing like the website!

    Unique Quality: COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!!
