It all started when upon checking in I didn't even get a hello or can I help you, nothing. I think that is pretty rude. It was pretty much like this the entire trip, completely unhelpful and not at all friendly. I stayed at this hotel because they claimed to be a mile from Sea World and I was planning on walking. When I put their's and Sea World's address in it said it was 3.5 miles away, so there was another cab I had to pay for. Grrr.. The only good thing I have to say is that the $15 shuttle to the zoo had a very nice driver in the morning... he must have been a temporary worker. Also, after checking out I realized that I left an item in the hotel. I couldn't get back to the hotel until later. I called the hotel to let them know I left it and to ask them to bring it down to the front desk, perhaps their last chance at redeeming themselves. I called twice and was told they would call me back. They never called back. I stopped back at 4pm on my way to the airport and it was not at the front desk and they had no clue. So the housekeeper had to go check the room. The
positive thing... she found my item... the last and final negative thing.. it took them 25 minutes and I almost missed my flight. Thanks Quality Inn... I would recommend you to my worst enemy. Oh and I didn't mention any of this to them because they were the type that wouldn't have given a crap anyway
so why waste my breath when I can tell everyone here instead. I wrote the company 8 weeks ago and recieved one response from the parent company saying that location would respond within 10 days and still haven't heard anything and it has been 6 weeks.
Directions: Close to airport that is the only benefit. Nothing in neighborhood besides a McDonalds and a gas station.
