Clean hotel, nice bedroom suite
Still awake at almost 2 AM here because the twins decided to swim until the closing of pool at 10 PM - Easter Sunday 2011, haha. The pool was heated and is a nice rectangular pool in the middle of the hotel with some rooms overlooking it - four floors on this hotel.
We r staying on the third floor, but our room is not facing the pool and we have view of back of hotel - and it may be better because it is a very quiet spot. The room we have is a nice big (over 500 sq ft) one-bedroom suite with kitchen, ref, microwave, utensils. There is one king bed in the bedroom + a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is immaculately clean and this is one feature that we always look for in a hotel. There is of course all the other essentials like hair dryer, ironing board, and of course, FREE WI FI which I am using now.
Check-in was smooth and easy with friend deskman "Drew" and he gave us choice of where we wanted to stay 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor....wife chose 1st floor, so I said 3rd floor, haha....
There is a nice work table and also two TVs in the suite. However, our $125 rate which we paid on Expedia did not include breakfast. There is room service available though.
In the pool, we went in late at 845 PM and there were no more towels and we asked for them and the lady brought in opver 50 towels to replenish the cabinet. There was also a nice jacuzzi. A small exercise room is where my wife went while she looked at us through the window overlooking the pool.
Over-all, a great place to stay for families and businessmen as well. Easy free parking and no hassle of a busy place since this hotel is set in a nice quiet business neighborhood. Excellent place to rest in which we need after a hectic Holy Week weekend :)
