First of all, DO NOT STAY HERE! The room reeked of stale urine & curry when we first entered. I proceeded to use the restroom & the toilet had not been flushed with more than urine in it, but still had a sanitary seal on it. The smell was God awful. We had to air out the room for at least two hours.
The beds are terribly uncomfortable. The rooms are nothing like the photos on the website. The staff was in no way friendly, upbeat or positive. Upon checkout, we were bombarded over a $10 charge for a late check out which she then tried to charge $15 after we were told it would be $10. She refused to charge our credit card again & made us walk to an ATM to pay with cash after basically throwing us out of our room.
Bottom line, these people do not know anything about Customer Service or hospitality. I wouldn't stay here again if it was the only place available in San Francisco. Theme: InnPhone: 415-921-4980
