It is a small hotel in an very old building, room is small with European style decoration. The building has one lift that is from early 1900's. Totally 4 floors.
In the room there are fridge, microwave-oven, TV, iron board, Alarm clock, hair dryer.
Unique Quality: Hi-speed wireless access is available and free of charge.

has anyone stayed at Hotel Alisa? Are the rooms clean and location ok (not too near Tenderloin)? They have very low rates ($50/night with a private bath) and that`s why I`m a bit worried.
Yeah, doesn't seem like a great area. However, it's got some very good user reviews on citysearch.com:
If you are looking for a cheap hotel with private bath, have a look to the Grant Plaza in Chinatown. I've stayed there last year(some pics on my SF page), it's not the most luxurious hotel I've seen but definitely enough to spend a few days holidays...
actually a better place to stay is the Mithila hotel, that location is in Nob Hill. We have been stayed for the last three years. check out there website: www.mithilahotel.com
