Remember that couch your fraternity threw away?
The Vagabond Inn was dingy, run down, over priced, loud and poor on privacy (ie...the large picture window was right on the walk way, so that it remained closed the entire time) The couch looked like a cast off from a college dorm room, the towels were thin, cheap and they were stingy with them. I had to go down to the lobby area myself to get them. This motel is VERY MUCH IN NEED OF REFURNISHING. This is not a budget hotel. I room with a king size bed with AAA discount cost $US125 per night. That's just too much for this bates motel of place. Further notes. Plumbing was VERY loud so that another guest taking a shower sounded like a tornado on your head. And in the parking lot it seemed acceptable for guys in pick up trucks to drink beer and talk after 11 pm. You would expect the same kind of experience in a road side motel for $45 bucks a night, but for $125 it's a joke. There are better deals and better places in the price range
