Not a good stay

Terrible (1.0 of 5.0 stars)

I stayed here Sept. 2007 as part of a park, sleep and fly package. they do not have a dedicated shuttle but a contract with Yellow cab, getting to the airport was no problem but when we returned the hotel had a dispute over the voucher for the Yellow cab. refused to pay and stuck me with a $30 cab fare. Manager refused my phone calls and was so bad that Parksleepfly.com removed his hotel from their webpage. Choice hotels finally refunded my stay in the way of a coupon. even though all I asked for was my cab fare refunded by this Manager.
The room was worn and tired, The staff was ok but suffered from lack of management and could provide very little customer service. The same owner manager owns the Quality Inn next door. Steer Clear of these places until it gets new owners. Much better places nearby.

Unique Quality: Good location for air travelers
