The room was clean and large enough for us and that was all we wanted. The person at the reception was nice and friendly and gave us some good suggestions on where to eat.
Location seems to be quite good although we did not do much sightseeing. However, it is very close to the mission and the beach (I guess it will take 5-10 min. by car to any of these destinations).
The theater and the court house are within walking distance.
We paid about 70 USD in May, I guess it is average. Not a great hotel, but more than adequate.
There is a pool, although we did not use it.
Free coffee and tea in the lobby.
