This is a nice old motel/Motor Inn built back in the heyday of such places around 1960, and very well maintained with stylish character, nice grounds with the buildings surrounding the very nice swimming pool and lush tree-covered garden in the middle. Rooms are nice, stylish, attractive, clean, and comfortable. It is also near downtown, just up State St, the main downtown street, and close to the mission, as well.
Unique Quality: Good, central location, nice grounds surrounding the pool, clean with nice decor.
Directions: It's in central Santa Barbara, on State St a few blocks NW of downtown.
