Mermaid's Rest - Apt. A: An apartment instead of a hotel?

Fully furnished, 1 bedroom, 1 loft, 750 square foot apartment, sleeps 4, with an incredible view of San Francisco bay. From the living room and deck, enjoy views of the San Francisco skyline, Alcatraz and Angel Island. Top floor of a cute Victorian triplex, fully furnished, gas fireplace. 1 car parking, close to dry cleaners, bus stop, Golden Gate Market, Valhalla Restaurant less than a minute's walk away, 5 minute walk along the water to downtown Sausalito. Golden Gate bridge 2 minutes away by car.

Cost is $175/night plus a $60 cleaning fee, with a minimum 3-night stay. Cost for a montly rental is $3,000.

Just a wonderful alternative to a hotel. It's a beautiful apartment, with everything you could need for a stay. Feel like a local!

Thought you might like to see the view. Yowza! 4th of July, we could see 4 sets of fireworks over the bay. Yeah!

Quaint Little B&Bs, Hotels and Inns

Sausalito features a lot of hillside or waters edge accommodation with spectacular views of San Francisco Bay. There are hotels, Inns, B&B and you can also rent a houseboat. Sausalito's famous landmark, the Alta Mira, has been a hotel since the 1880s.
