The minute you walk through the arched doorway, you realize that dining here will be a unique and enjoyable authentic Italian experience. While guest relax and take in the casual atmosphere, chefs prepare Italian specialties and you may even hear a strolling opera singer wishing someone a happy birthday. Your server starts by bringing out a warm loaf of bread along with olive oil and black pepper for dipping. After that, I chose the Pork Chop Emiliana (center cut chops with honey balsamic, garlic mashed potatoes and garden vegetables).
