Its not a tall building, but the second or third floors on the NORTH side must have good views facing the waterfront area. The south side has a view of the crosstown freeway overpass and probably more noise, so don't reserve there. The freeway offramps though are conveniently located a block away, so business person's in a rush can easily get going anywhere. Again, this isn't a resort hotel, but the downtown location is good for anyone not connected to locals who want to jog around the downtown in the morning.
