CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN TEHACHAPI
Best Western is becoming my look for hotel in cities through out the west. Reason? The in town location is great. The low rates are great. The spacious rooms are great. The hot full breakfast is great. What can I say. I think that the Best Western Country Park Hotel is great. I found out that the Country Park Hotel has a sauna. That is an added great thing that many hotels do not have. It really is a (I know you think I will say great again)wonderful treat to have, when you want to relax after a long drive. The constant fresh coffee pot in the lobby is another little thing that means a lot. Sitting down in the lobby, sipping on the coffee cup, chatting with friends just made, is a nice break from the road. If anyone asks me where to stay in Tehachapi, the Best Western Country Park will be my answer.
Unique Quality: This hotel has a pool and spa which I did not get to use. The fitness room has a few different machines that can either help get the driving kinks out or help the reduction of those extra calories you may have put on at a fast food take-out restaurant. I know the sauna sure was a blessing in disguise.

Right Next Door to the BW Mountain Inn
This establishment was built right next door to the Best Western Mountain Inn, I think it must be owned by the same owners. It's a little nicer than its sister Best Western and much more modern I think. These Best Westerns are centerally located to the historic downtown area that you can walk to. In fact, K-Mart is right across the street.
