Temecula Creek Inn: Cozy country feeling inn with large rooms
Yes, I would recommend the Temecula Creek inn as it's very comfortable, quiet and the rooms with cathedral ceilings have balconies overlooking the golf course. Prices seem quite reasonable too.
The good-sized pool has salt water and there is a hot tub nearby and it never seems to be too busy.
The front lobby has a two-computer business center with free printing. Fresh fruit is always available for snacking and the front desk clerk is very helpful.
The onsite restaurant has great indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the golf course with interesting chef creations using lots of local ingredients. Wines are quite reasonable for the quality too. Inside there is a huge welcoming fireplace too.
High ceilings, saltwater pool, very scenic surroundings

Palomar Inn Hotel: Centrally located
The Palomar Inn Hotel is a 10- room historical landmark hotel built in the 1920's. Two rooms have private baths and full kitchens. In the Hotel is the Temecula House of wine exclusively offering local wines. The unique setting combines the ambiance of “Old Town Temecula” and that of a small family run inn. The Palomar is located in the heart of what is considered the cultural and historic center of Temecula. It is within walking distance of antique dealers, specialty shops, art galleries, and restaurants, also to a new museum, children's museum and performing arts theaters.
