Thousand Oaks has great parks for hiking or bicyle riding. Wilwood Park give a great view of the Conejo Valley and the Santa Rosa Valley and has a canyon with beautifull water falls. It is the site used for TV and Movies such as Wagon Train, Gun Smoke, The Riffleman and Wuthering Heights.Santa Monica Mountains State Park has eight mile road to the beach and includes some of best scenry of Southern California. There are several nice smaller parks which feature plays and entertainment in the summer months.
